Chocolate Kiss PB Cookies

OK so I know I haven't posted in a while, and I will remedy that soon I promise! This Christmas break was fantastic and lovely, and Tommy & I did so many things with my family in California that I've got to share. But while I was home, I got Papa Gerry's (my grandma) famous recipe for those awesome Hershey's Kiss peanut butter cookies...they're better than any recipe that you'll find online, even on the Hershey's Kiss package! They never crumble. Anyways, from my family to yours - try 'em! I ate about 12 last week.

Papa Gerry's Chocolate Kiss Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 tablespoons milk
1 cup peanut butter
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups flour
1 (9 oz) package Hershey's kisses

1. Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, milk, and peanut butter.
2. Add soda, salt, and flour.
3. Roll into balls. Roll in sugar.
4. Bake at 375 F for 10-12 minutes.
5. After taking them out of the oven, press chocolate kiss into middle of each cookie.

Done! Seriously the easiest and most delicious thing ever.
